About me

My primary role is to collaborate with teachers to enhance mathematics instruction and improve student learning.

I assess instructional needs, model effective teaching strategies, and provide coaching through co-planning, modeling, and feedback. I support teachers in collecting and analyzing data to drive instructional decisions, develop lesson plans, and create engaging learning environments. Additionally, I mentor teachers, assist with classroom management, and design professional development opportunities to strengthen their skills and capacity.
