These are the overall LT for PE 1 AND 2:

Learning Target 1-Movement Patterns

I can demonstrate motor skills and movement patterns as well as explain how to improve by using analysis and evaluation techniques.

Learning Target 2-Gameplay Strategies

I can demonstrate advanced offensive, defensive, and transition strategies and tactics as well as analyze and assess the performance of those strategies.

Learning Target 3-Skill-Related Fitness

I can explain the skill-related fitness and biomechanics in addition to applying them in a performance.

I can achieve levels of excellence in physical fitness and assess and adjust to accommodate changes.
